I am a "child of Star Trek". Became a scientist largely because of those ideals. Many things have been invented from it. The Big One that will change everything may take generations to work out however FTL travel IS possible - the math works.

Geek talk. I believe our destiny is beyond Earth. It is our nature & crucial to our long-term survival. With all the horrible things going on it is a difficult proposition.
