Deleted my previous post on the topic for...well, reasons...and all's I'm gonna say is, this ruling appears to allow Trump to choose, unilaterally and perhaps even arbitrarily, which laws he wants to enforce, and with that precedent set Article 1 as we used to know it no longer exists.
