I mean, yes he is. The propagandic goal of Trump saying "There's not going to be midterm elections" is to make people scared and irrational. Refusing to be scared is grappling with that; panicking about made up scenarios is giving into it.
I do not think this gentleman is grappling with the same things I am talking about.
