Apple Watch picked up an ectopic beats.. you can see the pause before the corrected beat.. does anyone else with pots get this? I’m told it’s fine, it’s just not a nice thing.. but the anxiety I get having about 30 of these a day :(

I just really miss being able to enjoy life.. people keep saying “this too shall pass” but that silver lining is so far beyond the horizon it seems completely unreachable.

You should also be aware that the government has suggested that assisted dying is 'required' for severe cases of ME/CFS.
