France announced today it’s phasing out Teams, Zoom, etc. to be replaced with a French/European solution called Visio. The data is hosted on Outscale. Transcripts and subtitles are also handled by French providers. The target is set on 2027 for government agencies.

in de huidige formats heeft het geen zin om op dat soort TV te komen. Je moet kunnen uitpraten, wat aan talkshow tafels niet kan, en je moet een presentator tegenover je hebben die iets wil weten en niet enkel iets wil horen waarvan in de voorbereiding is bedacht: dat geeft 'spannende' televisie.

The actual US funding of NATO is approx $600m a year, the same as Germany.
The myth dies on contact with arithmetic.
