If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

They want another 18 months as the January 28, 2026 deadline is fast approaching.

Finally finished moving into my new place. Did a bit of cleaning and…. 20+ bags of trash, found a leak in the AC, and oh god the small in the HVAC room….
Note: had to move as landlord sold house. Only place open and affordable… student apartments… with up to 4 others.

In the last 3 years I’ve gone from a ~2500 square foot to ~750 square foot to about ~250 square feet of space…..
