The ONLY time I could EVER see that as an acceptable thing is IF the person being transformed had full control over it BEFORE they passed. They could dictate the parameters, and EVERYTHING.
And that is a BIG IF as I know firms wont allow that level of restriction.

My Debt has been paid with a profit.
The school in question was shut down for not providing any benefit to students. The degree is literally useless (non-accredited).
This is, IMO, equivalent to the Lemon Laws for cars. The debt should be gone.

I also agree there are exceptions to every rule.
Since 2002, I've paid over $32k towards these loans. I took out $24k in total over 2 years. I still have $20k left on them with another 10 years of repayment.
This isn't a house. There is non-tangible asset I can re-sell.
