As I'm working to get into therapy (last attempt said they weren't equipped for my level of trauma), I've been going back over the 4 decades of trauma.
Being told I was unwanted, a disappointment, treated like my pain was worthless and just had to suck it up.

It’s been 5 months since I’ve done one. 3 of the techs here immediately ask what happened and we’re glad to see us. And this is what my kid chose for my toes.
