Her photographs of people in Virginia, Kentucky and South Carolina between 1927 and 1934 are her best-known works.

In an unprecedented move, Austria is regulating rents for the entire country.

All apartments that already have government regulation have seen a total rent freeze this year.

All formerly unregulated units are also getting rent stabilization to limit landlord rent hikes.
