Bournemouth plus Arsenal away Forest always lose and the team always draws away at Crystal Palace. As this is set in stone could we not just award the points and have the weekend off?

Both the Conservative Party and the Labour Party are dying and the cause is the same.

They do what their billionaire donors want, and people don't want to vote for that.

Israel murdered 44 people in Gaza today because one of Israel's bulldozers hit unexploded ordinance and blew up.

So they blamed Hamas and used it as an excuse to go on a killing spree.

Now they say they will go back to the Ceasefire.

I finish Nemesis Games. Fifth book in The Expanse series and another superb read. Top notch science fiction grounded in real science with great characters and people behaving in all to recognisably human ways. People willing to see the world(s) burn and not giving a crap for anyone but themselves.

Portugal legalised drug use in 2000.

Since then drug deaths, crime, addiction and imprisonment have all decreased.

It is people like Carole Malone who are killing people with their war on drugs nonsense.

It has been 50 years, it doesn't work.

Reading Nemesis Games by James Corey. The fifth Expanse novel and just like the first four it is bloody terrific. Great characters, plot and world building. The tv series is great but the books are better.

I rewatch The One Game on YouTube starring Patrick Malahide and Stephen Dillane. First saw it in 1988 and it holds up pretty well. A tale of revenge with a businessman choosing to play the games he is being set by his enemy. A little surreal and a little odd but worth watching.
