A close-up of a Tufted Titmouse with his/her tuft blowing in the wind. I love their black eyelashes. The thin black feathers around the break are rictal bristles, which are common in many birds but their size and placement differs between species.

BlueSky Folks another Day another #HolidayRobin picture this one I saw a few days ago while on a Hike around my Local area.
Captured on a canon EOS R50
This picture shows a small bird perched on a moss-covered wooden post. The bird has a distinctive appearance with a bright orange-red breast, grayish-brown upper body, and a white underbelly. One of the largest North American birds, the American White Pelican is majestic in the air. The birds soar with incredible steadiness on broad, white-and-black wings. Their large heads and huge, heavy bills give them a prehistoric look. On the water they dip their pouched bills to scoop up fish, or tip-up like an oversized dabbling duck. Sometimes, groups of pelicans work together to herd fish into the shallows for easy feeding. Look for these elegant birds on inland lakes in summer and near coastlines in winter. A beautiful yellow and green mushroom bends out of the ground. Its stipe is all yellow, shiny and very smooth. Its cap is a gorgeous light green on the right and darker green on the left. Streaks of reflections of the sky and trees above make this mushroom appear like glass. Bits of for needles and moss are blurred behind and around the mushrooms base.
