[shakes fist at cloud] Incentives for home charging and solar would be better for long-term EV adoption than purchase price tax credits.
As a former Volt owner, that kind of powertrain in a more consumer-friendly package seems like the straightforward way to go “for most people.”

That said, people need to charge it.

A number of things about my job are a welcome distraction from all the things going on, but strolling through the R&T archives is one of the better ones. Anyway here’s an old Citroen Mehari ad from November 1969.

🔹 Fast urban roads
🔹 Suburbanization of poverty/jobs

Can confirm. I have referred the cool guy in the post below and received positive feedback afterwards!
Have I mentioned that I built this bike in a cave from a box of scraps, and that I'm available for motorcycle journalism jobs? I have experience as a writer, editor, and manager. I have all my shots, I'm housetrained, and I can supply best references.

I have a long-running list of surprising eponyms, and in this dark time I wish to share my amusement with you.

To clarify, an eponym is something named for a person. “Newton’s Laws” are called that for Isaac Newton. A surprising eponym is just that.

So, let’s begin.
