Companies should receive a large tax penalty (or at least have all their tax breaks revoked) if members of their CEOs/executive teams make > 10x what their median employee makes. And I mean total comp, not just salary.

My biggest fear is that there will be no accountability. That the democratic leadership will try to 'make peace' and just let them walk. They did it in 2020 and it was what brought us here.

The next president has to do two things: 1) right the wrongs of Trump and go after those who broke the law and were corrupt. 2). Then spend time divesting power from the presidency and building real guardrails and passing laws like, “the president is not immune” etc.

I wish we had more people talking about the need to reform the Second Amendment. Since our system is clearly broken and in need of an overhaul, we should take this on as well. It's part of the problem, and has failed in its mission to serve as a protection for our democracy.

Let's go! The more visible the protests at that Capitol, the better. Our government is no longer serving its people, and we need to demonstrate to our citizens and the rest of the world that we have at least a few leaders who will help organize and lead the effort.
