I've read about regular community celebrations/festivals (when really communitarian+participatory) being an effective form of antifascist praxis because of the strong social bonds they create across entire communities.
Everything to do with the atomic family as the focus of society is a net loss.

I sometimes wonder if we haven't somehow lost something by making "feasts" (and other big celebrations) more of a family thing and less of a broader community thing.
