In a year where so little progress is being made on energy affordability and climate @governor.ny.gov should sign the bill that's sitting on her desk. Repeal the 100' Rule! Cut costs for ratepayers.

Remember 2023 when we passed the All-Electric Building Act? Well now that law is part of the NYS Building Code! Starting in 2026, most new homes in NY must be all-electric. Safer, cleaner and less expensive! What's not to love?! ⚡🔌🏠

Last night, the NYS Assembly passed A8888, a bill that ends a costly subsidy for the expansion of fracked gas. This is a major win for our movement for #CleanerHeatLowerBills. Here's our statement:
