This is what I call a targeted ad! Are you an American who speaks Russian and used to eat at the Tres Amigos restaurant in St. Petersburg? Why not spend 3 evenings learning Spanish in Russian? "You won't be bored". Good stuff, also if ever in Russia, do go to Tres Amigos :-)

He “resigned”. No explanation. No accountability. No apology. His personnel file doesn’t even mention the cases.
Police departments shouldn’t be in the business of shielding corrupt officers.
