It's felt like this all week down here in the West Country. Water everywhere, low grey skies, and both seemed to stretch out endlessly.

This is in fact the Ceredigion coast taken a couple of summers ago. Nevertheless it feels apt.

Two identical anomalocaris, a type of extinct aquatic arthropod-like organism vaguely resembling a shrimp. The one on the top is wearing two mittens on the appendages on its face, the one on the bottom is wearing mittens on each of its multiple lobes/fins along its sides. my toxic trait is looking through eBay for rare cameras and coming across one that’s broken and thinking to myself “yeah. I could fix that.” and the fixable thing in question is this
DuMont TC-100 broadcast camera from the 50s that I found on eBay. some madman already bought it for $500. best of luck to whomever you may be.
