Good to add more perspective to the story. That old lesser slave lake riding definitely needed some work. Had almost a 2:1 vote power over some of the most crammed calgary ridings in the last election.

Amazingly (or not), G&M story refuses to acknowledge how the "alleged KGB dossier" - "the focus of a fierce but whispered debate in Ottawa over the authenticity and provenance of the files" - was reported to be a forgery by @thewalrus.ca in October, based on @readtheorchard.org's original reporting.
