I remember telling my friends "watch in a few years we're going to learn about forced sterilizations in ICE custody" and they said that no, that would never happen. And I reminded them that regular ass doctors were and still might be secretly sterilizing indigenous women.

Hi! I'm a fan. I have truly enjoyed many of your essays. And as a trans woman, you're an inspiration. But I'm also Native American - specifically, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. And I cannot stress enough how wrong you are about using "Indians" in the way that you have. While many Natives use that term themselves, amongst each other, it is a term we have fought being applied to us by others - especially colonizers. Please use Indigenous, Native American, First Nations, or specific tribal names. This advice isn't just mine, it's also what a cursory Google search turned up. So I'm struggling to believe you consulted with any Natives on this essay. Additionally, I take umbrage with your casual mention of the Beringial migration theory. While people certainly migrated through that channel, it's already widely disputed that that was our first appearance on this continent. Again, even some cursory research would have turned up things like Cooper's Ferry or Monte Verde. I think what's most disappointing in this essay is that it doesn't appear like you spoke to Natives. And that's about the most colonizer thing you can do. Please consider pulling this essay and editing it after a consult. There are some fantastic Native consultants that would be thrilled to help you out. Wado.

The very first thing to understand about transphobes and especially GCs is that they entirely reject freedom of association. Even if everyone actually involved *wants* trans women in their private space or association, they demand the state prohibit this particular exercise of basic human freedom.

BattleTech's King Crab BattleMech, a very large but somewhat squat machine that does resemble a crab, with a broad carapace, inset cockpit, and claw-like structures protecting its arm cannons. It's painted in a pale gold with a cracked texture and a large blue-line Oni face across its forward carapace. Its cockpit windows are red and its weapons various tones of gold. A rear view of the King Crab. It's painted a utilitarian black under and behind the decorative armor plates.

All the sophonts/Bargain-Makers in Aesca/S'kea in a line up (in no particular order), finally have this "done" for a certain quality of done. Seventh People, Humans, Dirawag, Maize-Cutters, Iokyu, Phoonkt, The Language, Sky-People, Narhoojai, and TYPE-II. From the far left: Seventh People/Passenger, a strange pillar of flesh based on rotifers and bryozoans, with iridescent green. A human woman, dark skin, with a gold art deco headdress and purple clothing reminiscent of a pterosaur. Dirawag, which is a retro robot with a dome head and three arms. Maize-cutter, a dinosauroid based on Oviraptors wearing a knife necklace and leather tent-like garment.
