Who’s going to break it to him that no country other than North Korea has detonated a nuke this century?

If I was thinking about how to squander America’s advantage, and give China its greatest gift, this would be it.

We’ve conducted more than 1000 tests, China got in 45 before the ban.
Q: What prompted you to announce you're resuming nuclear testing right before the meeting with Xi?

TRUMP: They seem to all be nuclear testing. We have more nuclear weapons than anybody. We don't do testing. We halted it many years ago, but w/ others doing testing I think it's appropriate we do also

Outdated laws from the 1700s and 1800s give the president tremendous power to use the military at home. It’s past time for Congress to repeal the Alien Enemies Act, close loopholes in the Posse Comitatus Act, and reform the Insurrection Act. bit.ly/4oxXJLN
Outdated and Dangerous
Antiquated laws from the 1700s and 1800s give the president tremendous power to use the military at home to quash protests and order mass arrests in times of war and domestic upheaval.

Five Things to Know Before Watching A House of Dynamite
The new film A House of Dynamite depicts what happens when a nuclear missile is launched at the United States. The real-world possibility is just as scary.

How wild that without much debate, we are intervening in another war in the Middle East?

It’s quite a choice to ensure allies can launch preemptive military assaults on neighbors and the US will be there to shoot down any attempt at retaliation.
The U.S. military is operating in the air, on land and at sea to shoot down Iranian missiles fired at Israel, tilting Washington toward more direct involvement in the widening conflict.
