Hello! I'm Ravendas! I like boardgames, skirmish games, making terrain with Hirst Arts plaster pieces and occasionally painting a mini. I made my own purple hex gaming table and decorate with @hollandspiele.bsky.social games on my wall.

Played Sorcery TCG last night! My water deck vs friends knights deck won (bunch of ordinary beasts kicked around some Arthurian lords).
Then my Necromancer got threshold screwed and drew 7 air sites in a row, without an earth site needed for my cool stuff. A 3rd turn Slumbering Giantess got me.

Played Sorcery TCG last night! My water deck vs friends knights deck won (bunch of ordinary beasts kicked around some Arthurian lords).

Messy desk hobby update, finished painting my last three 6x6 toppers for the Hexengarde risers. Easy to do, just my standard wood and stone with very little overlap.

Kinda feel like buying another booster box of Sorcery TCG. I have bought one box each of Beta and Gothic. The only other set available is Arthurian Legends, but it's not too interesting to me. I _should_ buy one just to have a ton more new cards, but I'd rather have more beta or gothic I think.

Painted up the well! Took maybe 1.5 hours, it wasn't too bad.
The top can come off the base, and be replaced with a metal cover if you need a sealed well for some reason. Neat to have options.

After notes: The filter is clogged and/or the fan is too weak, this didn't work well this time and the whole house smelled of spray paint (directly to the right is the whole house furnace).
I was running all of our air cleaners on high all day.
Need to put in a baffle to protect the (new) filter.

Wish my local hobby shop was more local to me. I need some Tamiya spray for my printed terrain's base coat but I don't want to drive like 45min (one way).

Finished painting it! This one took a week of a few hours per day to get done. It's my biggest painted piece yet.
It doesn't even fit in my photobooth, so enjoy some gaming area pictures.

Finished it. It's a pretty short read. Great story, cool stuff, interesting ideas and scary bits. It's SCP with the numbers filed off, so if you like that you will probably like this.

Checked "There is no Antimemetics Division" out from the library and read the first two chapters last night. It's very Scary Copy Pasta / Control-ish and really interesting so far!

Finished it. It's a pretty short read. Great story, cool stuff, interesting ideas and scary bits. It's SCP with the numbers filed off, so if you like that you will probably like this.

She's also pickling stuff as a test for this coming growing season. We always grow more than we can immediately use, and we love pickled stuff.

My wife made a ton of pork dumplings! We freeze them, ten to a bag, for easy meals whenever. They're so good.

Since I'm on a printing break (too cold) and I can't spray anything for awhile (also too cold), I have this on my bench and started painting it today (I sprayed it my brown undercoat a few months back). Trying to get at least one color down per day if I can. I did the dark gray stone base today!
Finished printing my favorite #terrain building so far! The @tiredworldstudio.bsky.social Hexengarde line building called "7 Ravenhill Lower Ruin".
It's huge but quite playable! Looking forward to using this in Frostgrave or Mordheim.
