Shower thoughts: California State tax board has issued me a 2$ refund check 3-4 years in a row after I pay them several hundred $aYr. Who the hell gets out of bed to cash a 2$ check? It costs more to issue it than it’s worth. But if 8 million BA residents don’t cash it, thats 16,000,000$ they keep.
