Nice way to spice up the beginning of a game
Needed to get this done for the #Mörktober project I'm putting together & it gave me an excuse to knock out [#13 WEB] while I was at it. These scenario openers are always my favorite piece to make. Simple, fun, and evocative (hopefully).

GM Tip: When improvising, focus on the "why" behind an NPC's actions. If their reasoning is clear, everything else will follow naturally.

Exactly. Too often people forget the "-punk" part. That being said, true "-punk" works shine all the brighter thanks to this.
Why do all these "punk" genres seem to forget that "punk" isn't a synonym for "alternative imaginings". Punk is about fighting back against the status quo in a system where oppression is normalized. And not just fighting back, but making some progress. Punk is fighting for a better tomorrow.
