EXACTLY. The more we even the odds of protecting ourselves, the less bold they are. I’ve seen it first hand. A proud boys demonstration(?) was increasingly violent to me calling me all sorts of n-words and all until they saw two six irons on my hip. Don’t be violent but be ready.

We need to start going to the range. The reason why they are so confident in their violence is because we don’t have the means to defend ourselves. We’ve constantly been disarming ourselves for years and wonder why the right has been increasingly violent. Hot take.
