Kinda tangentially related PSA to my followers who play PoT: Dunno if y’all have noticed, but this game’s community seems to be sliding more generally fash-leaning as it grows. I know dinosaurs unfortunately tend to draw this kind of crowd, but its been so bad it’s becoming harder to avoid lately. 😞
I’m ngl, I kinda foresaw this being the eventual result of Alderon basically handing modders full responsibility over PoT’s only real “new content” for months at a time lol. Volunteer modders are now being treated like full-time Alderon devs (AKA horrifyingly harassed and picked apart almost 24/7)

Resisting the urge to make a whole group of DRoP fire lizard fandragons with Thorntails, they remind me of them so much and seeing fractal eyes on them keeps making it worse (I would not have lair room for this project at all)

Really feeling this as someone who hasn’t had a chance to see the auroras yet at all due to the relative dimness in this region + light pollution 🙃
Lots of folks captioning aurora photos like "for a few minutes we didn't think about politics"
guess I'm built different, every time I'm out trying to see night sky stuff I frequently think about how much light pollution is entirely preventable with just a tiny bit of regulation

I think the worst thing about the new PoT Hatz TLC is the flail ability. It’s the first major ability to not make ANY logical sense lol?! That’s not how flight works?? No AoE “vacuum” effect is EVER gonna look halfway convincing in mid-air?? Being able to hover in place was already bad enough??
