It’s bad enough that I’ve been debating reworking my username into a burner on there as a safety precaution recently, and the only other game I’ve ever felt I had to do that in was War Thunder (which says a lot here). Be careful about who you’re playing with/against on officials, and stay safe!

Apparently Alderon’s gonna be doubling down on punishing players that target mods or mod teams with harassment I’ve heard, but I personally think the only real answer is gonna be not pretty much relying on unpaid mod teams to keep your game floating while you try to fix the backend. 🙃

I’m ngl, I kinda foresaw this being the eventual result of Alderon basically handing modders full responsibility over PoT’s only real “new content” for months at a time lol. Volunteer modders are now being treated like full-time Alderon devs (AKA horrifyingly harassed and picked apart almost 24/7)

I ain’t committing to anything just yet but after some scries, if anyone’s got some matchy XXYs/XYZs that are gold, bronze/brown, blue, or green with Lightning, Wind, Plague, Fire, or Light eyes (roughly in that order of priority) I’m willing to consider offers 👁️ #FlightRising

Overall compared to The Isle (sci-fi horror/survival), PoT's a survival RPG with story quests straddling a weird line between fantasy and paleo documentary, while BoB's a more straightforward survival game ALSO with fantasy vibes and a much more arcade-like leaderboard-driven gameplay loop 👍
