The only thing that I feel it's worth salvaging from OG RE4 (when judging it through the lenses of "what makes a game a good RE") is the creepy ambient music tracks playing during parts of the village and castle (probably leftovers from the creepier, and there I say it, better 3.5 version) #REBHFun

Ada and Marvin are the only characters who don't look like weird animatromics wearing a human skin, Sherry and Annette can look alright at times but Leon and especially Claire look awful in motion. Claire looks like fuckin Gollum when she smiles.

imho claire and leon in re2r look freakier than the baker family. i cant process them as human beings. they look like cartoons. like ok they're based on ppl but they also blew their features out.

Claire looks atrocious for most of 2R, she only looks okay if she's not speaking and keeping a fairly neutral expression which is almost never. It's crazy cause her face model actually looks more like classic Claire than 2R Claire does lmao, the face animation capture software really fucked her over
