World Cup should be moved out of the US. Give Canada and Mexico more games, possibly some group games in Costa Rico or other Central American countries.

It’s simply unsafe for fans to visit the US which is no longer a functioning democracy with independent judiciary.

Australia Institute research shows that nurses pay more tax than gas and oil companies.

Meanwhile, multinational gas companies get 56% of our gas for free and then export it overseas.

Is Bunnings stocking forest destruction on its shelves?
The answer is: yes.

We’ve filed a complaint to ask the ACCC, Australia’s consumer watchdog, to investigate Bunnings for #greenwashing.

Some people say EVs are heavier and have to pay more road tax. I say EV registrations should be reduced by 50% to reflect the reduction in mortality, respiratory disease and cost to the health service.

Why should I pay for health damage caused by ICE drivers?

I've listened to David for years and I can't recall any of his predictions or advice being wrong.

Reduce strategic risk and cost of oil imports. An astute plan.
Australia should go hard on EVs, exempt them from GST, and save $40 billion a year in fuel imports
Why go through all the pain of having new LNG facilities and new coal mines when we can just kill oil imports and get a lot of votes in the process?

Is AUKUS Morrisons' Greatest Folly? Some stiff competition there, I suppose.

Multiple Swedish subs for a fraction of that price in 1/3 of the time.

$360 billion? The UK just built 2 huge advanced aircraft carriers for $15 billion. This is a huge scam.
Australia has an opportunity to get out of AUKUS. We should take it.

We ask the Albanese Government to prioritise Australia's interests and security, and to join the UK and the US Governments in undertaking an independent parliamentary inquiry into AUKUS.

Wait, there's one! Finally, an adult is spotted among global leaders.

Totally agree with Branson, one of the best speeches for a very long time and it might be used to label the next decade or the end of US hegemony.
Tagging Havel no accident. Signals a desire to reaffirm international norms and
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney's speech today is one of the most insightful, albeit sobering, political speeches in a long time. Carney tells it as it is: "If you're not at the table you'll be on the menu."

Why is it left to the Guardian to report this.

If this happened in any other country, the UN would be flying in peacekeeping forces, Donald would be doing his nonsense. It would be global.
