As someone who did this for seven months, and the data collection messed up my mental health, I can vouch for the data here: We merged datasets.

Republicans are *at least* 16x likelier to be child molesters than Democrats. Priests made up 42% of the data offenders, cops about 45%.
Who Is making news tracked all reports of sex crimes against kids for over a year.

Republicans and church leaders are disproportionately represented, relative to general population.

Is it really a bias in arrests and media reporting?
