Had ordered a book from BL for 4th Nov but didn't go in because of the strike. Didn't go in on 11th Nov as strike ended on 9th and thought that would not be enough time for book to arrive from Boston Spa. Ordered it for tomorrow and just got this snotty email from Item Requests:
