Grateful to @senedd.wales for the Routes into Post-16 Education & Training inquiry. The Committee warns that funding pressures in schools with sixth forms may bias careers advice, with some pupils steered towards A levels to protect budgets 👇

We welcome the Children, Young People and Education Committee report on Routes into post-16 education, its recommendations for more vocational pathways for 14–16s, the importance of independent advice & guidance, as well as a recognition of our call for a national VET strategy

🚨 On Wednesday, the European Parliament will vote on women’s rights. On safe and accessible abortion. There, the FEMM Committee will decide on My Voice, My Choice. See www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/docume...

If they say yes, we’ll be closer to reducing the number of unsafe abortions in the EU 🙏

On this day in 1995, Pulp released their fifth studio album, Different Class.

It reached number 1 in the UK album charts and was released as Common People in Japan!

Such an influential album for me as a teenager, so many amazing songs!

Last year I made a complaint about sexual harassment to Plaid about a man in this group picture. The complaint was upheld. What kind of message are we sending to women by continuing to include men, who have committed sexual harassment, front and centre of electoral celebrations at the Senedd 🤷‍♀️

Wales generally has a left of centre political identity.

This is how Caerphilly voted.

Reform may win a lot of seats in Wales, but it will be so hard for them to ever form a Government as most ppl don't agree with them.

This is why proportional systems are so much better.
