👋 Hi Bluesky! It’s about time I do one of these. I’m Rachael, a tech product lawyer and fangirl of many flavors. Here’s a bit about me: 🧵
I am at IAPP #DPC25 this week in Brussels. Come say hello!

JLP: What's keeping you up there, Parv?

Parvati: This is my challenge. That's my necklace.

Such a badass.

I am pretty upset that when I asked Gemini to put a bulleted list of words into a list separated by commas, it forced me to Google Keep to copy/paste that list. I actually love Google Keep, but this is a crummy user experience. #PeakAI

My first RDC on my first anniversary of working at #Roblox! I can't resist the opportunity to cosplay so dressed as my avatar: www.roblox.com/users/731114....

#SurvivorAU vs The World is a great season, but I wish we had a longer season + 6 Aussie players, 6 US players, and 6 ROW players. Half Aussies gave them a bit of an advantage, but I guess it didn't stop Parv from dominating.

I hope this means we will either start seeing better productization of AI or stop saying it's going to have this dramatic impact on knowledge workers.

Here’s the thing about #Juneteenth:

It is the only Holiday recognizing that freedom and democracy take ongoing effort and dedication.

Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation occurred more than two years before being enforced in Texas.

A good lesson in these difficult times.
On Juneteenth, we celebrate freedom and recommit ourselves to the work that remains undone. We remember that even in the darkest hours, there is cause to hope for tomorrow’s light.

#Juneteenth recognizes that both hope and despair can coexist. Trying to be hopeful in light of what is going on in the world right now.

Kyle and Kamilla were an entertaining duo but I don't understand the Mitch vote. Did people think Mitch's personality was so amazing it would outweigh the fact he made 0 moves? #Survivor48

I love her and enjoy how she relishes the devious parts of the game. Not sure if she can architect a win, but I really want her to.
“I will throw Shauhin completely under the bus. My favorite thing to do on Survivor is to just pick a person, don’t give them any heads up- run them over with a bus. Back up, run them over again. That’s just what I’ve been doing out here, and it’s fun.” 😈

Am I the one that’s insecure, or is it his communication practices that are insecure?

The format definitely has weaknesses, but I feel like a 100% gamer cast wouldn't be as entertaining as Boston Rob watching Dolores vote incorrectly round table after round table.

The end of #TheTraitorsUS wasn't thrilling, but I still love this season for introducing me to the baby-faced Traitor hunter, a hysterical queer Bambi, and Tom Sandoval. #TheTraitors

Very well written and insightful piece summarizing what many of us working in tech law are confronted with on a daily basis.
Wrote up something about Techdirt's recent coverage, and why (whether we like it or not) we need to be a "democracy blog" now, rather than just a "tech" blog (not that we've ever been just a tech blog).

This story is *the* story and it impacts everything else.

I do wonder if anyone on #TheTraitorsUS cast has tried to sit Dolores down and explain to her how voting works in these games. Ivar?
You guys. Delores can vote in general elections and that’s some scary shit with her reasoning #TheTraitorsUS
