Convertibles are just irritating, TBH.
"Hey, let's cut this nice part of the car off that shields you from the elements and adds structural rigidity to the car" is a terrible idea and no amount of arguments otherwise will change my objectively correct opinion.

I could watch the rest of this MPC race or just watch the traffic drive by outside. If I imagine the pickup trucks and SUVs with AMR Safety wraps on them it's more or less the same experience.

Not sure how there isn't more car enthusiast/auto racing crossover. This MPC race is just like a car show. Cars all lined up going 40 mph. The Porsche guys think they're better than everyone, despite evidence to the contrary. Too many Mustangs. The dumbest crashes you've ever seen. It's uncanny!
