I actually had to explain to someone recently that the AI that tells enemies in video games how to react to player inputs is NOT genAI and has existed for literal decades. they genuinely had no idea there was a difference. this shit has poisoned the well so bad.

I hate AI, but I think we should think more critically about blanket-condemning anything that could be ai. Big genAI, which steals copyrighted works, poisons our collective knowledge, and consumes unconscionable amounts of energy is BAD. On-device ai that lets me search my photos for dogs is FINE.

There are many ways to paint glass. I started out by painting on top of the glass with a spray paint base layer and from there I would pencil on top of that layer, and then paint the details on top of the pencil work. #art #artist #arttips #artvideos #acrylicpainting #glassart
