#Digimon Frontier definitely activated something in my 8-9 year old brain, but wow... rewatching it kinda hurts a little, because everything about Izumi/Zoey make me pretty sad (all the loses and weird stuff in the uncut/subs) and angry (the flashback with those racist girls making her crash out).

It's funny that animated films for kids are considered such lowly fare by artistic establishments and mature adults when those same films are trusted to shape the moral values and personal ethics of entire generations.
