I remember working in Waldenbooks when many of these novels started appearing on the shelves. Can’t wait to listen!
I'm proud of the podcast I made with my friend Nicole this year- you should listen! One thing I keep thinking about- romance publishers saw a competitor begin to have success reaching Black readers and they thought "nah, we'd rather half ass it and leave money on the table." blackromancehistory.com
