Don't overthink Trump's stance on Healthcare. He only hates ACA due to its moniker Obamacare. If the ACA were repealed, and a new identical Healthcare plan was enacted and dubbed "Trumpcare", he would approve in an instant.
Republicans floundering on what to do about the ACA. Trump could settle it but still giving no specifics

I'm an Android leftist because the alternative option employs exclusionary policies and i believe in inclusiveness. I acknowledge that my system of choice is not without flaws, but I am not blinded by a cult-like loyalty to my platform like many on the opposing side

People give Trump too much credit for some grand scheme. Everything does (tariffs, firings, cutting gov't agencies, ending Ukraine aid, etc.) has the sole purpose of increasing revenue & cutting expenses to justify the approval of trillions in tax cuts for the wealthy. That is his singular focus
