The idea that they're just sitting there, waiting to be swayed by calls and letters is ridiculous.

Although I will note it makes the error most of these write-ups do -- it assumes the cable entities are dead weight when in fact, and everybody blows this off, they produce the majority of the revenue and profit for these companies. They're just not growing, so they're not sexy for "line go up".
