I’ve gotten a lot of well-meaning replies about how misogynistic men in tech are the product of women’s rejection, and I have to point out that misogyny is systemic. Men who are married are misogynists and so are men who have never struggled to date. We live in a patriarchy that depends on it.

Look: The thing you need to understand about genAI is that every Next Big SV Thing of the last 15 years—NFTs, Web3, Metaverse, VR—has been utterly rejected by the market and the tech grifters know this is their last chance, no more. That’s why there is an apocalyptic level of capital invested in it.

🍂 For me, cooking is comfort. It’s a space to keep learning, experiment, and celebrate the seasons. My love for cooking began in the early ‘90s while living in Europe, where I learned to embrace local ingredients, match food with wine, and savor those all-day Sunday meals.

In the next couple months I need to figure out how to stay informed without endlessly exposing myself to all the dark (probably accurate) predictions of how Terrible Trump Part Deux will be. It’s just too much, seeing all these doomsday scenarios.
