Philcon is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dennis McCunney.

Dennis was a cherished member of our Philcon Family, known for his wonderful sense of humor, unabashed love of science fiction, sharp wit, and equally sharp dressing.

We will miss his stories and wisdom immensely.

Dear Readers! I'm thrilled to be in this talented lineup!
I'll read the beginning of "Frau Perchta Comes for the Count", my forthcoming story in the Castle of Horror: Ripped from the Headlines anthology, about a ghost who calls down an ancient deity to deal with a real-life horror in her graveyard.

Heartfelt condolences for all affected in Myanmar and Thailand after the devastating earthquake. My father was stationed in Thailand with the Air Force and talked fondly of the region's beauty and culture. May strength and resilience guide its people through this tough time.
