When somebody has to cancel on me I try to be as professional & supportive as I can. Which makes them start to feel like it's fine to cancel on me. So they do it again. And again. And then it's too late for me to express my feelings without overreacting. BUT IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE SHIT AND I HATE IT
