A mother of two recently called Project Bread’s FoodSource Hotline, worried that she wouldn’t be able to afford food after her husband, the main provider, was deported. We were able to help her enroll in SNAP.

🚨 SNAP update: There is a lot of noise in the news, and we know there is a lot of fear about the future of SNAP benefits. December SNAP benefits in Massachusetts were administered as usual. There are no changes to how you receive or use your benefits at this time.

Saint Brendan School Kindergarteners decorated spoons and raised $220 for Project Bread! Teacher Mollie Oldham brought back this tradition from her own childhood. "I loved this project as a kid and now with my students," she said.
