Glad that Edinburgh has done this, but couldn't help thinking that when I arrived in 1996 "racist scientific theories" were still being taught by Chris Brand in the psychology department, and had been for twenty-five years. 1/3 🗃️

Columbia just expelled or suspended 80 students for protesting in favor of Palestinian rights. Suspended students can only be readmitted if they "apologize"--otherwise the suspension converts to an expulsion.
