I've seen it called 'overrated', and I know that's common for most popular titles.
But make no mistake, it had an enormous impact on gaming, and it's beloved by so many gamers for good reason. I can't, and won't, diminish it.

FF7 is getting a new version soon on Steam. If you own the original you will still be able to download it but you won't if you purchase the game after the new version comes out. Who knows if old mods will work with the new version so you might consider getting it if you don't have it.

The biggest tradegy about Robocop is it should have been a pitch black dark comedy satire about the horrors of technology but it got mistaken by everyone (studio included) for a hero action movie.

Jurassic Park remake except instead of Nedry sabotaging the park it’s all run by AI and things screw up naturally.
All dinosaur effects are CGI done by animators mimicking bad AI; extra limbs, no heads, etc.

I love this deeply stupid game and I'm tired of pretending I don't. I'm not saying it's good, because it isn't- but it has a clunky charm and a surprising amount of soul, and oftentimes that means more to me than a game being 'good'.

Got a little over 4 hours into it last night. After a very unlucky start I started getting to the point my characters felt customized and I was enjoying myself. It refines the systems from Saga 1&2 and refines them further, with monsters getting the most attention for sure.
Next up on the list, today's my mom's birthday so doubt I'll have time for it tonight but planning to start it up tomorrow.
