Employers that auto-reject people who've applied before are literally going to run out of actual valid candidates when they also post ghost jobs forcing every applicant to apply to over 1000 jobs with different companies, including often multiple similar roles with one company.

I love how organizations will repost jobs they're supposedly hiring for, and even as they don't get new candidates, will just assume a new candidate will take care of it rather than maybe giving additional consideration to someone they once looked over for not being "perfect", letting the role go

I genuinely think the way people go out of their way to overcharge people they know have little money needs to be studied and later punished. BIPOC, disabled, LGBTQIA+ people are overwhelmingly paid less than their peers but can expect to be forced to spend over twice as much on similar amenities.

How come "emerging artist" opportunities drop off completely past age 22? It seems like the opportunity is only given to those who already had financial support from childhood; but many people are in their late 20s onwards that are emerging. I didn't learn to draw in any serious capacity until 21.
