I've seen people talking/asking about why YouTubers are holding their mics on camera all the time now. Because it looks better! It looks better because it gives you something to do with your hands.

I am not an actor.
I work really hard on my delivery; I think that's my best asset, honestly. (I've seen much better made videos than mine flop because of bad line delivery.) But it still really bothers when I play my footage back and my hands are in my lap. Do something with your hands, Todd!!

FWIW I overheard an FBI agent at the federal courthouse talking about how none of them in the Tampa office have time to investigate actual crimes anymore because they've all been put on welfare check duty on kids whose parents were deported.
