Approximately 20k lines of code later and now my 100% custom wallplotter can draw any complex shape in a continous motion. The optimisation was nessesary to have a constant color application when using csns with spray paint. #arduino #esp32 #maker #3dprinting #esp32 #art #diy #kicad #tech

Late afternoon #walk by #Saddleworth #Yorkshire #Moors from #DoveStones up to #Chew #reservoir along the edge of Dove Stone Moss (500m). Descending the #Crags and #moorland thinly covering the rocks in near darkness, but not giving up night vision illuminated by the fading light.

Unashamedly loved #TronAres on #Imax at #BFIBradford everything was spot on technically and no distractions = total immersion. Phenomenal sound track. Forgot I was watching a #3DMovie no distracting artifacts, or losing track of an action sequence. If only we could go again. Such a short shelf life.

With sunset, the evening begins at Sensorio light show. As it darkens, the white lightbulbs will turn to rotating colors, looking like vibrant fields of flowers.

Another day, another special woodland where (thanks to some inside information) I finally found Fluted Bird's Nest fungi - so strange but so perfect. Plus plenty Of Wrinkled Peach, including this one sheltering some youngsters and a splendid display of Toothed Crust (I think!)

@SkyNews: "At any point in anyone's life we need support with our mental health"

Linzi Bell is walking the entire coastal path of the UK and tells Sky News why she is doing it.

August CO2 and methane data at NOAA just dropped.

The 3-year running average for the rate of CO2 growth continues to increase (now at 7.78 ppm per 3 years), and is nearing an all-time high.

Maybe if we all just hope a bit more, I'm sure that will change everything.

Great piece on #inflammation v mental health in this week's @newscientist.com by @manuwrites.bsky.social Many input variables in what feels like a positive feedback loop. Maybe through diet, therapy and (reluctantly) medication, break the cycle of #painrelief and poor #mentalhealth #PsA #Mtx

For a story: I am looking for someone who fell ill after open-water swimming in Europe. Was it because of a pathogen? Or pollutants? I'd love to hear from you!
