Bright light will always chase away the dark... Nothing natural about this stark architecture.

Massive thanks to #Ecotricity for the #MassiveAttack #Liverpool gig. Absolutely phenomenal sound stage. Challenging media. A message to carry and a protest to make. Brilliant.

M&S arena filled with haze. Panoramic curved shot. Sarah's is too the right, there are three video screens. Early doors. Excitement is rising as the walk in music builds. Thousands of people fill the venue floor. Many bodies fill the turrets above, and in the heavens are the boxes where they're enjoying dinner at tables.

I was low on Dark rye wholemeal flour, so this one is a third spelt to two thirds dark rye.

A load of brown bread end on sliced to reveal a compact but not dense structure. The sliced crust end is tucked underneath to raise the loaf off the plate for presentation. The top crust has caught slightly along one edge. A nice crack on the crust shows the crunch.
