I was bluffing a bit here but would like to have real examples to highlight when the Visa manager calls me back tomorrow.

So the supervisor got on and gave me a spiel about how Visa doesn't block anything that's legal. I immediately highlighted that I'm a US citizen and my friends game is legal there, but Visa's policy meant the merchants (Steam / Itch) couldn't sell it to me.
