I was on one pill 3x a day (only needed it 2x a day), and experienced like buzzy-ness for the first week and couldn't sleep before I adjusted to it. Stopped taking if for a while and cut back to half a pill and was able to adjust to it easier.
There's also an extended release option you could try.

And it's not that I don't have any friends its that my circle of ones that actually regularly interact with is so small that it makes me feel so bad when I lose the ones I think I still had.

I've never been anyone's "bestie" always feeling like a backup friend in my childhood/highschool groups.
